Our Vision
- Our principle, Tim Spencer, has over 35 years working in the marine industry; predominately in Border protection, tourism and Workplace Health and Safety.
- Tim holds current AMSA international Deck and domestic Deck and Engineering, qualifications, with more than 20 years in Command positions.
- He holds tertiary qualifications in Leadership

- Tim holds current AMSA international Deck and domestic Deck and Engineering, qualifications, with more than 20 years in Command positions.
- He holds tertiary qualifications in Leadership, WHS and Sustainability, and Vocational qualifications in Training and Assessing.
- He has also completed international qualifications as an ISM ISPS and MLC Auditor, Designated Person Ashore and Company Security Officer.
